An invoice is a list of procedures the clinic priced itself. Dentrium does not set those fees. Tax filing stays with the practice.
The desk records the money
Reception records what was collected. A part payment leaves the remainder on Outstanding Dues. Doctor Station does not show the fee. A receipt can go out on WhatsApp when that switch is on.
