Doctor Station

The operatory gets a username on the main login, the same one on the website and the desktop app. The dentist charts. Reception keeps the money.

What the station can do

  • Open the patient and the odontogram.
  • Record tooth state, surfaces, and notes.
  • Build a prescription from the Pakistan medicine list.
  • Close a chairside encounter so reception receives the invoice.
  • Book a follow-up from that encounter.

What the station cannot do

  • See procedure fees, payments, or outstanding dues.
  • Write settings, invoices, payments, dues, staff, WhatsApp, or the audit log.
  • Stay signed in from a copied profile on another device. The session is device-bound and expires.

How the owner turns it on

In Settings, Doctor Station Access takes a username and password, an enable switch, and a save that publishes the station for web and desktop. New stations start disabled until that save. Generate fills a username and password. The password is not pushed to the cloud in plaintext.
